Hello, Cravings! Many of my patients tell me it's impossible for them to eat a healthy diet, because of uncontrollable cravings for sugar, carbs (bread, pasta, doughnuts, pastries, cookies, cake) and junk foods (chips, candy, fast food, pizza).
Uncontrollable Cravings: This means you can't stop thinking about and wanting to eat these foods. You may be completely miserable if you don't eat what you're craving.
